National seminar that followed by Research Group Aquatic Biofloc in 2015 is National biodiversity seminar. This seminar held by Sebelas Maret University in Hotel Lor in, Solo at November 7 2015. The main theme is “Biodiversity for future industry” . The main speakers for this seminar are:

  1. Dr. Agung Budiarjo, MSi (Master Degree of Animal taxonomy and ikhtiology, Surakarta). He tries to discuss hot issue in Kemenristek DIKTI program. The title of his topic is ” from upper to downstream”. The main purpose of his topic is wanted to make arrangement with private company for research product development. He wants to changes Sidat fish (Anguilla bicolor0) into Unagi.

  2. Prof. Dr. Ir. Ahmad Yunus, MS ( Master of Plant Biotechnology, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta) His main topic is “Biotechnology function to protect nature assets”.
  3. Dr. Ir. Syahruddin Said, M. Agr. Sc Science Institute Indonesia(LIPI) Cibinong, Bogor). His main topic is “Biotechnology development for future livestock industry” .

Research group member who joins the seminar and get privilege to become oral speaker are:

  1. Dr. Ir. Dewa Gede Raka Wiadnya, M.Sc with research title ” Peperek fish biodiversity(Famili: Leiognathidae) fishing result in East Java coast;
  2. Pratama Deffi Samuel, SPi, with research title “the thread of reef extinction;
  3. Mega Yuniartik, S.Pi, MP, with research title” Microalgea and Protozoa biofloc enrichment in Vaname shrimp culture, Litopenaeus vannamei.;
  4. Nasrullah Bai Arifin, S.Pi, M.Sc, with research title “Microalgea growth and pigmentation in different medium( Chlorella vulgaris)”.

In this seminar member of RGD, Dr. Ir. Dewa Gede Raka Wiadnya, M.Sc. gain award as “The Best Presenter”.
